Is there really no subscription?+
Correct. You buy a pack of coins once, and that's it. We never store a card on file and nothing will auto-renew. When your coins run out, nothing breaks — you just buy another pack if you want to keep using paid tools.
Do coins really never expire?+
Never. A coin you buy today is still usable in 5 years. We keep it that way because we think expiry dates are a tax on the forgetful.
Which tools are free?+
Merge, split, reorder, rotate, extract pages, image→PDF, PDF→JPG for small docs, and several more. These run entirely in your browser — your file never touches our servers.
What happens to my files?+
Free tools process everything in your browser; your file literally never leaves your device. Tools that require server processing (e.g., OCR, Word conversion) upload to an encrypted, short-lived bucket and are auto-deleted within 2 hours — or immediately when you click download.
How much does a typical task cost?+
Most tasks cost 1–3 coins, which is about 4–12¢. A compressed PDF is roughly 4¢. An OCR of a 20-page doc is about 12¢. AI features (chat, summarize) run about 40¢ per session. The cost is always shown before you click Run.
Do you offer a team plan?+
Not a subscription team plan. But team seats sharing a common coin balance are coming soon. You'll still pay only for the coins you buy.
Is there an API?+
Yes — a public REST API covering every tool on the site. Your API usage draws from the same coin balance. No separate API pricing tier.
