Privacy Policy

Summary

• Free tools process your files entirely in your browser. Your files never reach our servers.
• Server-based tools upload your file over TLS to a short-lived encrypted bucket. We delete it within 2 hours — or immediately when you click download.
• We never look at your files. We never train any model on your files.
• We store your email (if you sign up), your coin balance, and aggregate usage counts. That's it.

What we collect

Account data: email address, timestamps of logins. No name, no phone, no address required.

Usage data: the tool you used, file size, operation duration, success/failure. We never log file contents.

Payment data: handled entirely by Square. We store only the Square customer ID, the pack purchased, and the invoice amount.

Files

Server-side tools use Cloudflare R2 with server-side encryption (SSE) and a lifecycle rule that purges objects after 2 hours. A one-click "delete now" option is shown on every result screen.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie when you're signed in. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) that don't set cookies and don't collect personal data.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Residents of the EU, UK, and California have specific rights under GDPR/CCPA — contact privacy@pennypdf.com.
