Refund Policy

If you buy a PennyPDF coin pack and have not redeemed a single coin from it, email hello@pennypdf.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method via Square and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Once any coins from a pack have been redeemed, the pack is non-refundable — but remember your coins never expire, so you can always use them later.
