1. What PennyPDF is

PennyPDF is an online set of tools for viewing, editing, converting, signing, and otherwise manipulating PDF files. You use it by visiting pennypdf.com, or by calling our public REST API.

2. Pay-as-you-go coins

Some tools are free. Others cost coins. You buy coins once; they never expire. We will never charge you a recurring subscription. You can stop using PennyPDF at any time without cancelling anything.

3. Refunds

If you buy a coin pack and haven't redeemed a single coin, email hello@pennypdf.com within 7 days for a full refund.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use PennyPDF to process content that infringes copyright, contains illegal material, or attempts to disrupt our service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass free-tier restrictions.

5. No warranty

PDFs are messy. We do our best to preserve fidelity, but we cannot guarantee perfect output for every file. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent allowed by law.
